Many people committed suicide during the corona pandemic. It is evident that they do not trust the government anymore. They do not see any ray of hope from anyone or any organization.

Migrants walk all the way to their native place because they believe that they should at least die in their native place. People are starving as factories have shut down. Many workers have become unemployed. They are near to starving. The unemployment has led to food and finance crisis.

The situation has worsened during the second wave. The state administrations have not come forward to help the poor with ration or any other provisions. Furthermore, social institutions are also not helping any poor as they have a dearth of funds.

The situation is so bad that the poor in India are not able to eat for at least two times a day.
