A young plastic surgeon, Amish Vyas has set an example by showing his love beyond borders. This young doctor who hails from Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh, India currently lives in Hangzhou in South East China, with his wife and daughter and works at a quarantine camp for suspected coronavirus patients. Vyas had studied medicine in China, and works as a plastic surgeon and has been living in Hangzhou since 2014.

The Best Option

Amish Vyas a surgeon as had two options, when the deadly coronavirus broke out in China last month. One was to return to India or to stay back and treat the patients hit by the Corona virus, which is like a battle against the coronavirus. His professional moral ethics as a doctor comes first before his race as an Indian. He chose to stay back and treat the patients.

A courageous doctor.

His decision to stay back made him popular overnight. The ‘China Global Television Network’ published a video on their channel stating that a courageous doctor decided to stay in China and provide treatment to the victims, despite his mother’s pressure to return home.

The Good work

In the viral vedio, in this video showing that Amish Vyas treating patients in the hospital in China went viral on social media.  Surgeon Vyas says ‘As a doctor I am not afraid of any infection. Only thing I would like to say to my fellow physicians and surgeons is that we are all one team, and just keep doing whatever we are doing. We are all together. We are one team all over the world.”

Mother’s Love

In the same video, Vyas‘s mother, Kavitha Vyas, said, “I talk to my son every day. But there is nothing I can do. I am in a dilemma now. But it’s my son’s passion.
