Mumbai nurse killed by Live-in-Partner, body found in bed box

In a shocking incident, a 37-year-old nurse was killed by her live-in partner in their rented flat at Nalasopara, Mumbai. The accused hid the dead body in a bed box.

According to the news reports, the accused was identified as Hardik Shah. He tried to escape from the location to Palgarh district, Maharashtra. Despite his attempts, he was caught by the railway police.

Hardik Shah is unemployed. He is the son of a diamond trader, while the woman was working as a nurse.  They were in a relationship for 3 years and living together for 6 months. Recently they moved to a rented flat in Sita Sadan, Nalasapura. Quarrels started between the partners, and this led to the murder of a woman.

Soon after killing Megha, the accused fled away from the location. He sold some household properties and escaped with the money. Police received a complaint from the residents regarding the missing woman, and they broke the door of the flat. The police observed a foul smell coming out of the home, which led them to find the body of the woman in a bed box.

The police arrested the accused Shah with the help of the Railway Police Force at Nagda railway station in Rajasthan.
