Telangana government issued transfer and posting orders for 29 Indian Public Service (IPS) officers on Tuesday.
According to sources, some of the transfers are:
- Mr. Rajiv Ratan, the Additional Director General of Police (Organization), has been transferred and assigned to the Telangana State Police Housing Corporation as Managing Director.
- The newly created post of Additional Director General of the Telangana State Anti- Narcotics Bureau has been assigned to Mr. C.V. Anand, Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City.
- Mr. Sandeep Shandilya, the Additional Director General of Police, Railways, and Road Safety, has been transferred to the Telangana State Police Academy in Hyderabad.
- Mr. Kothakota Sreenivasa Reddy, the Additional Director General of Police (Operations), Greyhounds, and OCTOPUS have also been transferred and posted as Additional Director General of Police, Organization, and Legal.
- Mr. B. Shivdhar Reddy, the Additional Director General of Police (Personnel), has been promoted to the position of Additional Director General of Police, Railways, and Road Safety.
- Mr. Abhilasha Bisht, Additional Director General of Police, Telangana State Special Police (TSSP) Battalions, Hyderabad. He has been transferred and assigned the title of Additional Director General of Police, Welfare and Sports.
- Ms. Shikha Goel, the Director of the Anti-Corruption Bureau in Hyderabad, has been transferred and posted as the Additional Director General of Police, Women Safety, SHE Teams, and Bharosa in Hyderabad.
- Mr. Veerisetty Venkata Srinivasa Rao, Chairman of the Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board (TSLPRB), has been appointed as Additional Director General of Police, Police Computer Services, until further orders.
- Ms. Swati Lakra, the Additional Director General of Police for Women’s Safety, SHE Teams, and Bharosa in Hyderabad, has been transferred and assigned as the Additional Director General of Police for TSSP Battalions.
- Mr. Vijay Kumar, who is currently awaiting assignment, has been assigned as the Additional Director General of Police (Operations), Greyhounds and OCTOPUS, Telangana, Hyderabad.
- Mr. Y. Nagi Reddy, the Additional Director General of Police for the North Zone, has been promoted to Director General of Telangana State Disaster Response and Fire Services.
- Mr. Vikram Singh Mann has been assigned as Additional Commissioner of Police, Legal and Organizations, Hyderabad City.
- Mr. M. Stephen Raveendra, Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad, has been given full additional command of the newly created post of Inspector General of Police, Telangana State Cyber Security Bureau.
- Mr. G. Sudheer Babu, Additional Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda, has been transferred and assigned as Additional Commissioner of Police, Traffic, Hyderabad City.
- Mr. Shahnawaz Qasim, Director, Minorities Welfare, Telangana. He has been transferred and assigned as Inspector General of Police, Multizone-II.
- Dr. Tarun Joshi, who was awaiting assignment, has been assigned as Inspector General of Police, Training of the Director General of Police (DGP), Telangana, Hyderabad.
- Mr. V.B. Kamalasan Reddy, who was on leave, has been assigned as Inspector General of Police (Personnel) to the DGP, Telangana, in Hyderabad.
- Mr. S. Chandrasekhar Reddy, IPS (2004,) Commissioner of Police, Ramagundam. He has been transferred & assigned to Multizone-I as Inspector General of Police.
- Mr. M. Ramesh, Joint Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City. He has been transferred and posted as Deputy Inspector General of Police, Provisioning and Logistics.
- Mr. Kartikeya, Joint Commissioner of Police (CAR), Hyderabad. He has been transferred & posted as Deputy Inspector General of Police, Intelligence.
- Mr. K. Ramesh Naidu, Joint Director of the Telangana State Police Academy (TSPA) has been transferred and assigned to the Rajanna Zone as Deputy Inspector General of Police.
- Mr. M. Srinivasulu, Deputy Inspector General of Police (CID), has been transferred and assigned as Joint Commissioner of Police, CAR, Hyderabad City.
- Mr. Tafseer Iqubal, who was on leave, has been assigned to the Intelligence Security Wing as Deputy Inspector General of Police.
- Dr. Gajarao Bhupal and Ms. Rema Rajeshwari, the Superintendent of Police, Nalgonda, have been posted & transferred as Deputy Inspector General of Police, Yadadri Zone in the rank of Superintendent of Police (SP). He will continue to hold the charge of Superintendent of Police, Nalgonda District, until further orders.
- L.S. Chowhan, who was awaiting assignment, has been assigned as Deputy Inspector General of Police, Jogulamba Zone, with the rank of SP.
- Narayan Naik, who was on leave, has been assigned as Joint Commissioner of Police, Traffic, Cyberabad, with the rank of SP.
- Parimala Hana Nutan, Superintendent of Police, CID, has been promoted to the rank of Superintendent of Police (Admn), Hyderabad City.
