The heavy rain began early morning at around 6.15 am in many areas in Hyderabad and left several low lying localities in deep water. Many streets in the city have seen flood like situation.
Many Cars and Two Wheelers washed away due to heavy rain in the morning. Areas like Himayatnagar, Serilingampally Musheerabad received 7.78 cm rainfall in two hours. Though some areas received less rainfall, bad roads and leaking drainages led to waterlogging in these places.
