The ‘Sulli Deals’, ‘Bulli Bai’, App creators were granted bail on humanitarian grounds by the Delhi Court. Interestingly, the court considered that the accused as first time offenders. The court felt that continued incarceration would be detrimental to their overall well-being.

A Delhi court on Monday granted bail to the creators of “Bulli Bai” and “Sulli Deals” app accused Niraj Bishnoi and Omkareshwar Thakur respectively on humanitarian grounds.

The court considered the accused as first time offenders and continued incarceration would be detrimental to their overall well-being.

However, the court imposed strict conditions on the accused, so that they do not tamper any evidence. Furthermore, the conditions are so strict that the accused person would not try to contact, influence, induce any victim.

Moreover, the court also instructed that the accused would not tamper the evidence. Most importantly, they would provide all the details to the Investigation Officer. In addition to that, the accused would not switch off their phones and would always keep the Investigation officer informed about their location.

The court order stated that the accused are not allowed to leave the country and appear before the court on each and every trial date. The court also stated in its order that the accused would not commit a similar offence while on bail.
