Bengaluru flooded after the heavy rainfall last night. Several areas in Bengaluru are inundated with rain water. Roads are submerged after heavy rainfall last night. This is the second time in a week. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), Bengaluru received 131.6 mm of rains in the previous 24 hours. Furthermore it issued Yellow alert till September 7.
Heavy rains continue to batter Bengaluru, submerging numerous areas in flood-like conditions, prompting authorities to send rafts to rescue residents.
Moreover, basements of flats are flooded with rainwater. Even the posh localities are inundated with rain water.
A traffic advisory is released, requesting people not to come out of their homes until it is really an emergency.
