On Tuesday, several cars were submerged in water due to an increase in the water level of the Hindon River near the Ecotech 3 area in Noida. ANI shared a video of hundreds of cars submerged in water due to the increased water level of the Hindun River. The video is now going viral all over social media and the internet.

We can clearly see in the video that the white cars were parked row after row and were filled with water only inches from the roof.

According to the Mint, around 350 alleged Ola cars parked at the dump yard were submerged in water from the swollen Hindon River and reached the low-lying region. The Hindun is a tributary of the Yamuna.

Heavy to very heavy rain is expected in portions of Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand till July 27, according to the India Meteorological Department. Many houses in Noida’s low-lying districts were flooded earlier this week.
