A couple in Uttar Pradesh allegedly sells their newborn son to a businessman for 1.5 lakh. They sold their son to buy a car.
In a bizzare incident, a couple allegedly sold their new born son to a businessman in order to buy a second hand car.
However, the maternal grandparents approached the police on Thursday. They lodged a complaint with the Triwa Kotwali Police Station on May 13.
As per the grandparents, the 3-month old child was sold to a businessman for 1.5 lakh rupees. The Police Inspector said that they have summoned the parents to the police station for questioning. The baby is still with the trader.
