On Sunday, Justice Amit Sharma takes oath as permanent judge at Delhi High Court. Satish Chandra Sharma, CJI of Delhi HC administrated the oath process.
Last year June, Central Government appointed Amit Sharma as additional judge of Delhi High Court.
According to ANI, Ministry of Law and Justice notified his name as permanent judge at Delhi HC, last week. Recently the SC Collegium recommended various additional judges names to appoint them as permanent judges in different High Courts. Amit Sharma is one amongst the list.
