Andhra Pradesh CM Jagan Mohan Reddy launched a programme called ‘Jaganannaku Chebudham’ to address people’s problems immediately.

People can quickly and easily file complaints about governance that affect them and their families by calling this toll-free number. In addition to expressing complaints, residents may research government programmes and services from the comfort of their own homes.

The government asserted that launching this project has given people a practical way to contact the CM’s Office directly and voice their concerns. “The government is working to find a solution to any issue a person could encounter.

The Jaganannaku Chebudham program’s grievance redressal helpline attempts to address individual complaints about any government service or programme in the most efficient way possible. By dialing 1902, you bring your complaint to my notice, and I take responsibility for it.

Additionally, the government established PMUs (Project Monitoring Units) to guarantee the prompt and efficient resolution of people’s complaints. To periodically follow up on and oversee the redressal process, these special monitoring teams will work at various levels of government, from the state level to the Mandal level.

The process to follow to:

  • Call the toll-free number 1902.
  • Explain your problem to the one who answers your call.
  • You would be given your service request (YSR) ID immediately.
  • You would get to know the status of your complaint by way of SMS.
  • After your problem is solved, you will be requested to share your feedback with the government.

It is clearly mentioned that this program is an upgraded version of ‘Spandana’.  Till now a total of 8138 grievances are recorded of which 1595 are resolved and 6543 are pending. Since the program is started people on social media appreciated, at the same time criticized him. A user complained that the staff doesn’t have knowledge of ‘Navaratna Schemes’ when asked. As per registration count and reviews online, it seems like this program has to reach more people and staff have to have knowledge of all schemes to resolve issues else on the name of the upgrade version govt will again introduce another scheme and this will go on.
