Cyber Attacks: Over 70 Indian Government and Private Websites hacked

The hacktivist group DragonForce Malaysia carried out cyber attacks, 70 Indian Government and Private websites hacked over the prophet row after threats by Al-Qaeda in the prophet Row, reports the India Times.

According to media sources, the Hacktivist Group conducted series of cyber attacks targeting both Indian Government and Private websites. The list of websites faced the cyber attack also includes prominent educational Institutes like Delhi Public School, Bhavans etc.

As per the reports, the group targeted Indian Embassy in Israel, National Institute of Agriculture Extension Management among other websites.

The hackers group sent out a common message through an audio clip and text, reading as follows

For you is your religion and for me is my religion”
