On Thursday, Delhi police filed a chargesheet against WFI chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh on sexual allegations against him.

According to ANI, the chargesheet has been filed under sections 354, 354D, 354A & 506 (1) of IPC, says Special Public Prosecutor Atul Srivastava on the chargesheet in sexual harassment charges against former WFI chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh.

The Delhi Police filed a charge sheet by several wrestlers against former WFI chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh in Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court.

In another case involving a minor, the police have filed a cancellation report in Delhi Patiala House Court. The court scheduled the next hearing in the case on July 4, 2023.

When no corroborating evidence is found, a cancellation report is filed.

“In the POCSO matter, we have submitted a police report under section 173 Cr PC requesting a cancellation of the case based on statements of the complainant, i.e., the father of the minor victim and the victim herself,” Delhi Police said, according to ANI.
