In a video, suspended BJP MLA Raja Singh declares himself as the official BJP candidate for Goshamahal, Hyderabad.
After the BRS party announced their first list of candidates, Raja Singh released a video saying that the BJP leadership had sent him a feeler that he would be the party candidate for the Goshamahal assembly constituency. Moreover, he claimed that it was the MIM who would decide the candidate for the BRS party in Goshamahal. This is the reason CM KCR did not announce a candidate for the constituency.
Raja Singh is confident that he would get the BJP ticket with the blessings of MP Bandi Sanjay Kumar, Telangana BJP state president G Kishan Reddy, and BJP OBC Morcha national president K Laxman.
Raja Singh tweeted
BRS party released the list of 115 contenders for the upcoming Telangana assembly elections. Notably, no candidate has been announced for the #Goshamahal constituency. The Goshamahal candidate will be disclosed at the MIM headquarters. I urge all BJP Karyakartas to get ready.
