MP Rahul Gandhi resumes Bharat Jodo Yatra from Patancheru on the city outskirts on Thursday morning. According to Congress sources, the march will halt at Sivampet in Sangareddy district for the night.
The main attraction for today’s march is that former Navy Chief Admiral L Ramdas joined Rahul Gandhi in the ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’ in Telangana on Thursday.
Bharat Jodo Yatra resumes from Patancheru
According to The Telegraph Online, Congress president in Telangana & MP A Revanth Reddy, Lok Sabha member N Uttam Kumar Reddy other party leaders walked with Gandhi in the morning session.
The Yatra will take a break on Friday, they said.
The mega foot march of Gandhi entered the state on Oct 23 & the Telangana leg would conclude on November 7, the sources said.
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will address a corner meeting at Shivampet Bridge in Sangareddy constituency in the evening before halting for the day.
The Yatra began on September 7 from Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu.
