An earthquake measuring 3.5 on Richter Scale shook parts of Delhi and adjoining areas on Sunday afternoon. Loss of property or life is not reported till now.
The Delhi Disaster Alert Centre gave an alert that tremors were felt in parts of Delhi and nearby areas on 1.45 pm on Sunday. The epicentre was at the depth of 15 km near the Delhi-UP border.
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal tweeted, praying for the safety of the people of Delhi.
