On Friday, Union Minister of Culture and Tourism G Kishan Reddy took charge as Telangana BJP President in Hyderabad. The party has assigned Kishan Reddy the State unit’s responsibilities for the fourth time.

G Kishan Reddy has taken over as the party’s president in Telangana, replacing Bandi Sanjay. Meanwhile, D Purandeshwari has been elected as the state president of Andhra Pradesh.

According to Hindustan Times, After taking over, Reddy expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP national president J P Nadda for entrusting him with the responsibility of leading the party to victory in the upcoming Telangana elections.

Meanwhile, the former BJP president, Bandi Sanjay, said he will work under Kishan Reddy’s guidance. “I did my best as Telangana unit president, and I am confident that the party will definitely achieve its goal of conquering Telangana in the next elections under Kishan Reddy’s leadership,”
