Due to heavy rainfall, there were flash floods in several parts of Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Jammu and Kashmir.
Several houses and shop were damaged due to the heavy water inflow into Manjhi River in Dharamshals’s Bhagsu nag. The city received over 3,000 mm rainfall so far.
According to the news agency, ANI the national highway near Jhakri in Rampur area of Shimla district was also blocked due to the heavy rains.
Meanwhile the Rishikesh-Badrinath National Highway near Chamoli was also blocked by debris.

Similarly, flash floods triggered by a cloudburst damaged several houses in Lar Tehsil of Gandebal. Many roads Ans structures were damaged in the Walter area on Monday.
