Hyderabad: Bhagmati boat in Hussain Sagar on Tuesday evening was stuck with 40 passengers in the strong storm.
As per routine, the famous Bhagmati boat started its journey in hussain Sagar from the Buddha statue at 5 pm on Tuesday evening. Due to heavy thunderstorms with gusty winds started and the boat went out of control. And the boat got washed away in another direction due to the winds leading to panic among the tourists.
According to the news reports, the police department quickly responded to the situation, confirming that the boat had been disabled by the storm. With the help of the Hyderabad Boats Club, the boat was eventually pulled back safely.
