On Tuesday, February 28, Delhi Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders Manish Sisodia and Satyendar Jain quits from Delhi cabinet. This announcement came after SC refused the bail plea by Sisodia.
According to the news from ANI, Delhi CM Aravind Kejriwal has accepted their resginations.
Manish Sisodia was arrested on Sunday for having connections with excise police case in Delhi. He was arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation. Moreover, it is learnt that he did not co-operate with the investigation and also gave evasive replies.
Meanwhile, Kailash Gahlot and Raaj Kumar will take over Sisodia’s ministries. This includes finance and education department.
