World’s wealthiest person, Elon Musk said on Tuesday that his Twitter deal on hold temporarily unless there is clarity given to him on the spam accounts. This claim of Musk actually complicates the social media giant deal.

Currently, Billionaire Elon Musk has a fortune of about $230 billion. He owns SpaceX and Tesla.

Earlier, in April, Musk surprised all the people across the world with the news of Twitter deal. However, he has put it on hold temporarily. He does not want the Twitter deal to go ahead as he does not have clarity about the spam or fake accounts in the social media giant.

Elon Musk has almost 94 million followers on the social network. He tweeted, “Yesterday, Twitter’s CEO publicly refused to show proof of <5%,” “This Twitter deal cannot move forward until he does.”

On the other hand, Twitter chief executive Parag Agrawal said the platform suspends more than a half-million seemingly bogus accounts daily. He added that the accounts are suspended even before they are even seen. Moreover, claims that twitter locks millions of accounts weekly, that fail checks to make sure they are controlled by humans and not by software.

Musk feels that cleaning the social media giant of spam or fake accounts is his first priority. Hence, Musk tweeted that there is a need to prove Twitter users are real people. “So how do advertisers know what they’re getting for their money?”
