Telangana Chief Minister KCR has announced K Prabhakar Reddy as TRS candidate for Munugode bypoll elections. In 2013, K Prabhakar Reddy worked as In-charge for Munugode constituency.
According to Telangana Today, KCR made this announcement on Friday, after considering various survey results and the crucial role Prabhakar Reddy played in Telangana Movement.
K Prabhakar Reddy Munugode TRS candidate
The former legislator K Prabhakar Reddy was more associated and active in the constituency. He resigned from a government post in response to KT Rama Rao’s call for people to join the Telangana movement.
He was elected to the Maheshwaram legislative assembly in 2009 and 2014. Furthermore, in 2018, he contested from Munugode and was defeated by a thin margin.
Munugode Bypoll Date and Schedule
The ECI declared the bypoll date and schedule for the Munugode Constituency in Telangana’s Nalgonda district on Monday. The bypoll notification will be released on October 7. The election will be place on November 3rd, and the results will be announced on November 6th.
