In a tragic incident, up to 11 persons were died and one got injured in the bus accident in Betul district, Madhya Pradesh. The incident happened on early hours of Friday near Jhallar police station in Betul district. The news went viral all over the media and internet.
The injured were taken to the hospital for further treatment.
According to ANI, Betul SP Simala Prasad said, an empty bus was moving along the road when an SUV from the Amaravati district crashed with it. The incident happened at around 2 am on Friday. There were no passengers on the bus at the time of the event.
Furthermore, she stated, 11 people were travelling in the SUV, including the driver, and all of them died on the spot. All the laborer’s who died had been working at Kalamta village in Amaravati district for the last 20 days.

Pained by the loss of lives due to an accident in Betul, MP. Condolences to the bereaved families. May the injured recover soon. An ex-gratia of Rs.2 lakh from PMNRF would be given to the next of kin of each deceased. Rs.50,000 would be given to the injured, PMO India tweeted.
