On Thursday Elon Musk tweeted that he found a new CEO for X/Twitter and she will be joining with him in the next 6 weeks. The news is now going viral all over media and the internet.
Musk also added in the same tweet that he will transition to the role of chief technology officer of the social media platform within the next few weeks.
The name is not yet disclosed but the gender is clear that it’s female and talks are there that Comcast NBCUniversal executive Linda Yaccarino for the role.
According to News18 Linda Yaccarino studied liberal arts and telecommunications at Penn University from 1981-84. She spent over 19 years at Turner Entertainment, where she was the Executive Vice President and COO of Advertising Sales and Marketing, and Acquisitions.
Yaccarino interviewed Elon Musk in Miami last year at an advertising conference. She had praised his work ethic in the conversation and asked the Tesla CEO about his vision for Twitter.
