In the car, Aditi asks Adi about his life when he begins to tell about his love life from the past to the present. The narrator begins when he was in high school he met a girl in tuition, he instantly fell in love so he expresses his feelings for her he gets rejected as she has a dysfunctional family. Heartbroken Dev moves on to Engineering college where he meets Ammu (Kavya Shetty) who is from a wealthy background they fell in love, and after their graduation, he gets a job and the quarrels begin into big fights where she leaves him. In the same software company he meets Nidhi (Tamannaah). Their love story continues as a husband and wife when she gets pregnant but due to some health complications, she is unable to bear the baby. In the end, she dies of Cancer.

The name of the movie Gurtunda Seethakalam, Seethakalam means winter which represents hopelessness and preparation for new things. This movie speaks about the stages of love in a man’s life called Dev where he is confused about what is love when he realises he had infatuation but now he found his love Nidhi how their relationship works and speaks about a friend who is with  Dev from the beginning as a support system. The combination of true love and friendship blends lots of emotions with a realistic plot which makes it a unique love story. The film keeps the essence of the Kannada film Love mocktail with no changes in the storyline.

The acting of the lead couple is awesome, the music is one of the highlights of the film.

My rating for the film would be 4 out of 5.
