Chennai: Cow attacks schoolgirl returning home, Viral video

In a horrifying incident, a cow repeatedly attacked a schoolgirl while she was going back home with her mother and brother after school in Chennai. The girl was severely injured after repeatedly being attacked by a cow.

The incident was caught on CCTV cameras and the disturbing visuals have now gone viral on social media.

On Wednesday, the 9-year-old girl Ayesha in school uniform was walking down Ilango Street in the MMDA colony area along with her mother and brother.

According to CCTV footage, two cows were walking ahead of the girl and her brother and mother. The Ayesha’s brother make some sound then the aggressive cow suddenly turned back and attacked the girl. 

After hearing the voice of her mother and a girl near people tried to chase away the cow by throwing stones and making sounds.

The girl was rushed to a nearby hospital for her head injuries. A case has been registered against the cow owner.
