On Friday, a bus carrying BJP workers to attend the rally of PM Modi met with an accident in Bilaspur district, Chhattisgarh. According to reports, the bus driver was reportedly caught off guard because he was tired and lost control of the vehicle.
In a tragic road accident, 3 people were killed while 6 others suffered injuries, including three critically wounded. The injured were admitted to Apolo Hospital for better treatment.
According to the Times of India, the bus was carrying nearly 40 people from Ambikapur, 400 km away, to gather a crowd at PM Modi’s mega rally in Raipur.
According to information, those who died were BJP workers and a driver. The bus was full of party workers. The accident took place early in the morning. The victims are identified as Sajjan, Roopdev and Akram Raza.
