Actress Dimple Hayathi booked for damaging IPS officer vehicle

Police booked a case on tollywood actress Dimple Hayathi and her male friend Rahul Hegde for allegedly damaging the official car of the Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic-I).

Family members of Dimple Hayati reside in a flat beneath Jubilee Hills Police Station. An IPS agent recently rented an identical flat.

According to The New Indian Express, the chief constable-cum-car driver claimed that the actress and her friend routinely parked in a way that obstructed his vehicle. Furthermore, he said, on May 14th, while driving their BMW 5 Series vehicle backwards, they “damaged” the IPS officer’s Toyota Fortuner. As seen on CCTV, the actress kicked the traffic cones beside the IPS officer’s vehicle.

On May 17th, under IPC sections 341 (wrongful restraint), 353 (assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty), and 279 (rash driving), he gave a complaint against the actress and her friend.

A recent update is that Dimple’s lawyer spoke to the press and asked what traffic cement blocks which is by the government is doing in parking lots. In any apartment, you can not block the common area. He also said that Rahul is also seen disrespectfully with my client Dimple for the past two months.

On the other hand, Dimple said, ” Misuse of power doesn’t hide mistakes… #satyamevajayathe”.
