iPhone maker Apple to soon start manufacturing its wireless earbuds AirPods at Foxconn’s Hyderabad factory, according to sources.
Foxconn has approved a USD 400 million investment for the Hyderabad factory, which is expected to start mass production by December 2024, PTI reports.
After the iPhone, Apple AirPods will be the second product category manufactured in India. Apple’s AirPods are the global market leader in TWS (true wireless stereo).
