According to Internal communications reports, managers instructed some employees to work in 12-hour shifts, seven days a week, in order to hit Musk's aggressive deadlines.

Elon Musk took some big decisions related to changes in the twitter platform. Some of the Twitter engineers have been asked by the managers to work 12 hours a day and seven days a week.

According to Internal communications report, managers instructed some employees to work in 12-hour shifts, seven days a week, in order to hit Musk’s aggressive deadlines.

The managers told the employees that they should work extra hours to make changes but “Overtime pay or comp time, or job security” are not discussed. The deadline is said to be in the beginning of November and engineers may lose their jobs if they do not meet the deadline.

Earlier, Musk asked people on Twitter if $8 (around Rs 660) would be reasonable for Blue tick badge? Here’s the reason to why there’s a price? He tweeted that “the platform needs more revenue and that it can’t just rely on advertisers to generate revenue”.
