The terror group, Taliban were in control of the Afghanistan on Monday, as President Ashraf Ghani fled the country. Consequently, the Taliban declared that the war is over. This brings to the 20-year war to an end.

The government in Afghanistan collapsed after the terror group took over the Presidential palace on Sunday night. The fear and confusion increased when the President of Afghanistan fled the country.

Thousands of people are trying to escape Kabul. There was chaos all over. Crowds gathered at the airport to flee. The scenes are pathetic. Ghani fled on Sunday as the terror group surrounded Kabul.

Subsequently, the Taliban sealed the Afghanistan and declared a military victory as they got all the cities into their hands in just 10 days.

The Taliban have won with the judgement of their swords and guns, and are now responsible for the honor, property and self-preservation of their country men,” Ghani posted this statement to Facebook, after he fled the country.

However, the Taliban co-founder Abdul Ghani Baradar announced his movement’s victory. “Now it’s time to test and prove, now we have to show that we can serve our nation and ensure security and comfort of life” he said.
