The word layoff is often heard these days. Even on Linked-In the word layoff is trending. After Meta, the parent company of Facebook, layoff of 13% of its workforce, the ex-employees took Linked In as a platform and started sharing posts on using similar format.
MANNG and MAMAA are hi-tech companies where everyone dreams to work. Apparently, their actions is compelling us to think about the risks to work in these so-called big companies.
Employees working in these companies are well- experienced, knowledgeable and intelligent people. Trending layoff’s on Linked-In, surprised netizens all over the world.
We at Avaaz24 are surprised to see that most of them are using the same format for the posts which they shared on the social media about their layoffs. Sudden layoffs is a thing to worry about but all these people who are laid off are supposed to be highly intelligent with high performance skill and sound technical knowledge.
On the contrary, the posts which these people shared after they were laid-off is so similar to each other’s post. The similar posts raised doubts in the minds of the people.
However, these People who got hired in multi National companies are supposed to be highly talented. Hence, there was no need for these people to post about their lay off and request for a job lead.
People are raising many questions like:
Why are they in a hurry as low profile workers?
Why are they all playing victim card when all are highly well educated, talented and intelligent people?
What is the reason for sharing such posts on Linked-In in the same format?
What’s the agenda behind it?
Are they expecting government to take any actions?
Are they expecting any exemption in taxes until they get new jobs?
Whatever may be the matter, it’s highly unprofessional to post such articles, which looks like they are either following an agenda or some conspiracy behind it.
