Mehbooba Mufti remarks Ex President Kovind, “Fulfilled BJP’s Agenda”

Apparently, Ms Mufti's tweet were criticising, the central government scrapping the special status to Jammu and Kashmir in 2019. Moreover, splitting the former state into two union territories.

As soon as Droupadi Murmu took over as India’s 15th President, she was welcomed at the Rashtrapati Bhavan. Very soon the former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti targeted the Ex- President, Ram Nath Kovind.

According to the reports of NDTV, Mehbooba Mufti accused the former President Ram Nath Kovind. She said that he has lived up to the political agenda of BJP. Also added that he left behind the legacy of “trampling upon the constitution umpteen times” throughout the nation.

“The outgoing President leaves behind a legacy where the Indian Constitution was trampled upon umpteenth times. Be it scrapping of Article 370, CAA or the unabashed targeting of minorities & Dalits, he fulfilled BJP’s political agenda at the cost of the Indian Constitution,” Mehbooba Mufti, the chief of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).

Apparently, Ms. Mufti’s tweet were criticizing, the central government scrapping the special status to Jammu and Kashmir in 2019. Moreover, splitting the former state into two union territories.

Furthermore, she mentioned how the President’s role was equal to zero when the controversial CAA or NRC, which triggered riots in late 2019.

Mehbooba Mufti targets Kovind

The outgoing President leaves behind a legacy where the Indian Constitution was trampled upon umpteenth times. Be it scrapping of Article 370, CAA or the unabashed targeting of minorities & Dalits, he fulfilled BJPs political agenda all at the cost of the Indian Constitution, Mehbooba Mufti tweeted.
