Dasara is a period action movie that was released on March 30. It was directed by Srikanth Odela and written by Jella Srinath, Arjuna Paturi, and Vamshi Krishna P, and produced by Sudhakar and Cherukuri under Sri Lakshmi Venkateshwara Cinemas. Here is the review of Dasara movie in detail and its rating.
The main leads are played by Nani (Dharani), Keerthy Suresh (Vennela), and Deekshith Shetty (Suri). The film was set against the backdrop of Singareni coal mines near Godavari Khani in Telangana.
Plot :
Dharani is a teen who is in love with Vennela, while Vennela is in love with Suri . Dharani supports Suri’s confession to Vennela and later talks to two families about the marriage while he gives an assurance to Vennela’s family that Suri would get a decent job . In the meanwhile the local politics take a huge turn in their lives which leads to the death of Suri .
Dasara movie review:
The movie mainly focuses on Liquor trade , Village politics, caste , friendship and love . The love triangle between Dharani, Vennela and Suri where Dharani chooses friendship over love for sake of Vennela’s happiness, the way Nani portrays suppressed love towards Vennela and the climax scenes are ultimate.
This is the second collaboration of Nani and Keerthy where this is one of the best performances of Nani after Jersey and Keerthy in the rustic theme so pretty and nailed her performance. The narration could have been better.
My Rating: 3.5 / 5
