Bharat Jodo Yatra Day 3 started off with 230 Congress ‘Padayatris’ participating in the ambitious Congress march. According to the Congress leader Mr. Rahul Gandhi, this march is to bring cultures together with all aspects of it. Be it the cuisine, the language, or the beliefs. He says that ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra‘ will reunite the Village Cooking Channel and emphasize the value food holds for every culture.
The aim of the march is to send across a message to the opposition that no one can unite a country by demolishing minorities’ mosques, bulldozing minorities’ houses, lynching minorities in the name of cows and putting thousands of minorities in detention camps by branding them as Bangladeshis. Tolerance & understanding unite a country.

However, the main attraction of the march were that Candid conversations along the way!
The people who participated in the march and got to speak to Mr. Rahul Gandhi said, “In our entire life, we will never forget that moment”. A member of the Village Cooking YouTube channel reminisces about their meeting with Rahul Gandhi last year.
According to the party general Secretary, Mr. Jairam Ramesh, the ‘Padayatris’ will spend their nights in 60 containers mounted on trucks that will be moved daily from one place to another.
