Hasan tweeted, when half of India is starving after losing its livelihood due to the coronavirus, why build a Parliament worth Rs 1,000 crore? He questioned the PM to explain as to why the new parliament is being constructed? He questioned the PM to explain as to who are they going to protect in the new Parliament?
