The unplanned change of om birla is the paragraphs citing, LS speaker Om Birla’s association with the BJP’s parent organization, RSS and the Ayodhya movement, have been removed by The Lok Sabha secretariat from his profile.
Many were surprised , when Kota-Bundi MP, Om Birla, was selected for the post of the Lok Sabha. The Lok Sabha Secretariat which is responsible for the maintenance of the Lok Sabha website, associated itself with the BJPs Parent organization and removed paragraphs which cited the above said things and Birla’s association with Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and the Ayodhya movement from his profile. His previous profie on the Lok Sabha website clearly mentioned this
Whereas the previous version of Om Birla profile on the Lok Sabha website, clearly mentions his involvement with the RSS, but the real shocker is that the edited version does not have any of these citations in it.
Not only this, an entire paragraph has been removed for the new version while Birla’s old profile (before editing) declared that he was imprisoned during the Ram Temple movement.
Birla was imprisoned in Uttar Pradesh due to active participation in Ram Mandir construction movement, read his older profile on the Lok Sabha website.
The edited version of the newly appointed Lok Sabha speaker only talks about all the humarnitarian work and good work done by him while he was an MP, whereas the deleted version had the paragraphs about his association with the RSS and the Ram temple movement
It is important to mention that BJP-RSS had no participation in the Ayodhya or Ram Mandir movement. They say that it was actually carried by a religious violent mob which was in pursuit of building the Ram temple in Ayodhya. The mob demolished Babri Masjid which resulted in riots in which thousands were killed by mad mobs.
A Jaipur watcher says that making Birla as the Lok Sabha speaker is just a step towards making India a Hindu Rashtra , but it is being made through proper planning and with sophistication. They have saffronised the seat to get their work done according to their choice.
Mr.Om Birla has no achievements as a parliamentarian and a politician but has close association with the RSS and has no stand on the contentious issues. He was selected by Modi for being an RSS activist and for his flexibility as it is known to everyone that Modi doesn’t like anyone questioning him against his decisions even in the simplest way.
He is the right person, who will run the Lok Sabha as per their plan and wish, not as per the rules in the books of the Lok Sabha. Birla is not only a RSS member but also has a personal rapport with Modi for finding favour as the speaker of the Lok Sabha.
Although this will not be the first time when a relatively new MP will hold the position, it seems more that RSS choice to give posts to people with the Hindutva agenda as they are moving towards making India a Hindu Rashta by all means.
