In a tragic road accident in Rajasthan, 11 people died and 12 injured when a trailer vehicle rammed into a bus in Bharatpur District. The incident took place on the Jaipur-Agra Highway on Wednesday early morning. The passengers on the bus were going from Bhavnagar in Gujarat to Mathura in Uttar Pradesh.
According to police, The accident happened when the people were standing beside the bus they were travelling in which had broken down. The bus had halted at Antra flyover in the Lakhanpur area when the trailer rammed into it from behind. Five men and six women died on the spot.
The bodies were shifted to the mortuary and the injured people were admitted to the RBM hospital in Bharatpur, said police.
