The shocking incident took place in Karnataka’s Hassan. A 20-year-old man killed the delivery boy who had come to deliver the mobile phone because he was unable to pay for an iPhone he ordered.
On February 7th in Arasikere, Hassan, when the accused Hemanth Dutt received delivery of an iPhone that he had ordered. It has been reported that the man who had murdered the delivery boy, kept his dead body in his house for three days and then burnt it.
According to the police, when Hemanth Naik arrived at Dutt’s house to deliver the second hand iPhone, he asked the delivery boy to sit inside his house. He told him that he would soon return with the money from his room. But he attacked the delivery boy with a knife, Naik died in spot. The police have informed that the accused burnt the dead body as he wanted to destroy the evidence and escape from the police.
He was caught thanks to CCTV footage that captured him both buying petrol and carrying the dead body. He was arrested by Police.
