A four-year-old boy accidentally fell into an open nala at around noon on Tuesday and was washed away in Pragati Nagar, Hyderabad. The Disaster Response Force (DRF) teams of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) traced the body of the boy in Bachupalli Nala later in the evening.
The boy identified as Mithun Reddy, is the son of Santosh Reddy. The CCTV footage shows that the boy was playing in front of his house, and accidentally fell into an open nala. The people nearby noticed and informed the police. The DRF team search operation started later in the evening and his body was found near Nizampet Rajiv Gruhakalpa area.
According to News Meter, Santosh Reddy, the father of the victim relocated from Suryapet five years ago. They stay in the NRI Colony at Pragati Nagar, Hyderabad. He works for a pharmaceutical company. Mithun is the second son of Santosh Reddy.
