The Hanuman Jayanti Shobha Yatra began from Ram Mandir in Gowliguda. It is going to be a colourful procession in which thousands of devotees will participate. The shobha yatra will be passing through a 12 kilometer-route. However, it will culminate at Tadbun in the evening.
Bandaru Dattatreya, the Himachal Pradesh Governor, attended the pooja at the temple before the procession started.
City Police Commissioner CV Anand and other officials visited Gowliguda in the morning. They reviewed the security arrangements.
The Police department has made all the arrangements for the Hanuman shobha yatra. Around 8,000 policemen have been deployed for smooth conduct of the procession.
The Hanuman Jayanti shobha yatra will pass through Koti, Sultan Bazaar, Chikkadpally, RTC crossroads and head towards Secunderabad Tadbun. Traffic restrictions imply in all these areas.
