A Bengaluru ragpicker video went viral on social media for her English speaking skills. Moreover, her soulful voice and accent is shocking netizens.

The video is uploaded by Shacina Heggar. This woman in the video is identified as Cecilia Margaret Lawrence, who claims to have lived in Japan for six years.

Most important is the spirit she still has, in spite of her pitiable situation. She confidently says that she is not alone.
