A non-bailable warrant was issued against activist Nikita Jacob, who is an advocate too. The Delhi Police has claimed her to be absconding.
The Delhi Police issued a non-bailable warrant against an activist, identified as Nikita Jacob, in connection with its probe in the Greta Thunberg toolkit case, after the arrest of Disha Ravi.

This warrant was issued hours after 21-year-old climate activist Disha Ravi was remanded to five-day Delhi Police Special Cell custody. Disha Ravi was arrested on Saturday for her alleged involvement in sharing the ‘toolkit’ related to the farmers’ protest on social media.
Mumbai-based advocate Nikita Jacob and activist Shantanu Muluk, against whom non-bailable arrest warrants have been issued in Delhi in connection with a campaign document about the farmers’ protest, on Monday moved the Bombay High Court for anticipatory bail. Their petitions will be heard by Justice PD Naik on Tuesday.
The Delhi Police have claimed that both of them attended a Zoom call with a “pro-Khalistani” organisation in Canada called the Poetic Justice Foundation, to chalk out the modalities related to the farmers’ protests against the new agricultural laws.
A non-bailable warrant was issued against Nikita Jacob by a Delhi court on the request of Delhi Police. Sources claimed that she has been absconding since then.
