The suspended BJP leader Seema Patra was arrested for allegedly torturing her maid claims she’s innocent. However, her son Ayushman Patra tipped off his friend to save the maid. The friend, Vivek Anand Baskey, a government officer dared to complaint against influential Seema Patra.

According to NDTV, Vivek Baskey received a call from Ayushman on August 2. “It was around midnight on August 2, around 1:15 am. Ayushman called me and his voice was at a very high pitch. He was telling me, Baskey, please save that girl as Seema Patra was assaulting her in a terrible way.”

Furthermore, Mr. Baskey said, “The mother also called at the same time, saying her son Ayushman is not in a good mental state and acting violent and all. And you need to do something,”

Mr. Baskey rushed to the house, but he said he was not allowed in. However, Seema Patra denied having any conversation with Mr. Baskey. Mr. Baskey alleged that Seema had sent her son Ayushman to a mental health institute to defend herself.

However, Sunita, the domestic help who was tortured said that Ayushman was the one who saved her life.

Moreover, Mr. Baskey said, after he received photos on WhatsApp from Ayushman, he was shocked. Moreover, he was convinced that he could go to the police against a powerful politician.

“This got my wife and I discussing. That something is going on. Ayushman was helpless or whatever and wanted me to save her. ”

Mr Baskey’s efforts are appreciable. He feels that it was his moral duty to save a human being.
