BJP MP Dharmapuri Aravind was attacked at his residence in Hyderabad on Friday by TRS workers. The attack was made because of alleged defamatory comments against Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) and his daughter and TRS MLC K. Kavitha.

They pelted stones and damaged furniture, broke glass windows etc. Moreover, they burnt his effigy near the residence of BJP MP Dharmapuri Arvind. However MP Aravind was not there in his house at the time of attack. One of the security personnel sustained a minor injury.

Though the police officers attempted to stop a TRS worker carrying a TRS flag but some managed to break into the house and attacked the windows with stones and sticks.

Meanwhile, Arvind tweeted and tagged Prime Minister Narendra Modi and claimed that TRS fools attacked his house on orders from KCR, KTR and Kavitha. “TRS fools attacked my residence and destroyed my house. They terrorized my mother and caused an uproar.
