Telangana student Unions have called for a two days bandh of Junior colleges. This bandh is in protest against the 51 percent fail of the Intermediate students. More than half of the Intermediate students did not clear their first-year exams in Telangana.
The National Students Union of India (NSUI) gave a bandh call for colleges on Monday. However, the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) did so on Tuesday.
Earlier, the board stated that students who failed the first-year intermediate exams can re-appear in the forthcoming exams in April 2022.
The schedule for re-verification of any or all of their exam papers is intimated to all the colleges and students. The students have to pay the requisite fee to avail this opportunity.
