The Regional Passport Office (RPO) Hyderabad will release 500 additional appointments at five passport seva kendras(PSKs) and 14 post office passport seva kendras (POSKs) for two weeks starting April 27 in Telangana. These will include Tatkal, normal and PCC categories. Appointments for April 27, 2023 will be available in passport seva website from April 25.

The RPO, Hyderabad has taken this decision,  due to huge demand and long waiting times for passport appointments in the city. The passport slots were suspended on April 14 due to  Dr. B.R Ambedkar Jayanti. Those applicants were requested to reschedule their appointments to the next available date.

The Passport Officer requested the applicants to visit the official website (www.passportindia.gov.in)  of Passport Seva kendras. Applicants registering now and already registered, are requested to make use of this facility or through web portal or app. No walk-in requests will be entertained at PSKs and POPSKs.
