Beoncy Laishram is the first transgender doctor in the Northeast. She is working as a Resident Medical Officer at the Shija Hospitals and Research Institute in Imphal, the capital of Manipur. Beyoncé was very happy to talk about her hospital staff that treats her like a friend. She also added that she gets all the love and support from them.
Beyoncé said, that she always wanted to be in that profession right from the beginning of her life and was lucky that she never faced any kind of discrimination in her medical school that accepted and supported her.
