‘Lack of standards of education and caste system in India forces students to go abroad.’ These words are spoken by the father of the student killed in Ukraine.

While talking to the media, Mr. Shekharappa requested the Indian government to bring his son’s body back.

In addition to this, he said that the standards of education and quality of equipment is not up to the mark in India.  Hence, intelligent students have to go abroad and study.

Talking about his son he said that Naveen was an intelligent student. He secured 97% in his intermediate. However, he could not secure a seat here because of hefty donations and reservations based on caste.

He requested the government to look into this matter, so that Indian students are not forced to go abroad.
