KTR, Telangana IT Minister, issued a defamation notice of 100 crore each to BJP president Bandi Sanjay and TPCC president Revanth Reddy. The minister wanted the leaders to withdraw their statements and plead an apology.

Telangana IT Minister KTR conducted a press conference regarding the false allegations made by Bandi Sanjay and Revanth Reddy on TSPSC paper leak issue. The minister wanted the leaders to refrain their derogatory statements and plead an apology.

Furthermore KTR said, “Bandi Sanjay and Revanth Reddy are making false allegations on purpose to harm my reputation.” “No one has the right to make false accusations against anyone simply because they are elected public representatives,”

If the leaders failed to withdraw their statements and apology, a defamation prosecution for Rs.100 crore under IPC 499 and 500 sections will be initiated, according to the notice from the Minister’s counsel.
